If your gift certificate is lost or stolen pleas notify Soap and Sud with your receipt and TAG number at the bottom of your certificate and Soap and Suds will replace your missing certificate. Gift certificates are valid for 1 year from date of purchase.

Soap and Sud can personalize your girt certificate by adding the name, personal message and occasion for the gift in the message line. We will put their name and a personal message from you.
